Edgewood has been picked to finish first in the NACC preseason poll. With high hopes in store for the Eagles, they have started slowly going 1-4 so far this season. A clean 9-0 sweep in their opener against Beloit lead to Edgewood going 3-35 in total over their next four duals. The issue with that, is the Eagles play their best in the NACC. In 2014-15, Edgewood went 18-11 overall, and an amazing (10-0) in conference play.

Right now the Blue Angels are 0-3 (0-1) on the young campaign. Right now, MMU is still searching for their first point in a dual. Having some close calls in both singles and doubles, the Blue Angels have not been able to finish. With the heart of the Blue Angels lineup filled with so much experience and success over the last few seasons, this doubleheader will be a good barometer of where the team is headed.
