For the fourth time this season Christina Ishaq (Sr./Milwaukee, Wis.) led her Blue Angels at the annual event, this year hosted by Ripon College. Finishing the race in 40th place, Emily Green (Fr./Waukesha, Wis.) kept up the trend of cutting serious time off her previous best. With two weeks to prepare since their last meet, Green took over a minute off her season's best with a 27:23.44.

Miranda Fluegge (So./Menomonee Falls, Wis.) cut time off her season's best also. Fluegge finished 51st out of the 71 registered runners. The sophomore from the Blue Angels came across the time line at 28:33.61.

Suto's 29:29.84 was her best for a 6k race at the collegiate level. Andrade finished with a 29:54.69, thirty seconds off her NCAA personal record.

After today's eighth place finish, the Blue Angels will have two weeks to prepare before heading to Aurora, Ill. for the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championships.
