MILWAUKEE – The next Blue Angel Spotlight Player is Brooke Uebersetzig (So./Greenwood, Ind.) following her impressive performance last week against Lincoln Christian University (3-10). Uebersetzig has been a consistent contributor all season long while also getting her offense going from the guard position.

Last Friday, Uebersetzig got her team sparked in the first half with a quick 10 points and a persistent intensity that her teammates seemed to feed off. The Blue Angels trailed by as much as ten in the first half, but with the recurrent contagious spark of Uebersetzig, the Blue Angels were able to trim that lead down to one possession on multiple occasions giving MMU an opportunity late in the contest.

In the close 52-50 loss, Uebersetzig finished the game with a season high 13 points and chipped in with four rebounds and one steal. Her 13 points included her best 3-point performance of the season hitting 3-of-7 from beyond the 3-point line.

Uebersetzig has averaged 34.1 minutes per game this season, and has yet to have more than four fouls in any game. Her consistency on the court has been a major factor in the success for the Blue Angels this season.
