MILWAUKEE – Becky Onan (Jr./Grafton, Wis.) has earned the next Blue Angels Spotlight Player of the Week. The announcement from Mount Mary University came this morning.

In two of the Blue Angels three games last week Onan led MMU in scoring and rebounding. Most impressively, Onan began the 2016-17 season off by setting her career high for points in a single game with 28. As per usual, Onan filled out the stat sheet in the Blue Angels home opener win over Marian University (0-2) with her 28 points, nine rebounds, five steals, two assists and one block.

Onan looks to carry that performance into week two of the 2016-17 season as the Blue Angels play host to Rockford University (1-1) Wed. Nov. 23. Live video and stats will be made available for the home game against the Regents at mtmaryathletics.com. Tipoff for the contest is set for 1:00 pm.
