Milwaukee,WI- In a 2022 campaign full of cancellations and schedule changes, the Mount Mary softball team has rescheduled one final doubleheader to complete the season. On Thursday, May 5th, the Blue Angels will take on the Rockford University Regents at Alverno College. Originally, the Blue Angels and Regents had been scheduled to meet in Rockford on March 31st.
Rockford is 15-21 on the season, and Mount Mary carries a record of 13-17. A win for the Blue Angles would tie the modern ncaa softball program record for single season wins, and a sweep of both games would set a new program mark.
The contests are scheduled for 3 and 5 pm and will be played at the Alverno College softball field, 3400 S 43rd St, Milwaukee, WI 53215.
