West Allis, WI- Days before competing in NCAA regionals, the Mount Mary Blue Angels ran in a dual meet against Alverno College. It was a strong showing for MMU as they won the event, taking the top three spots and five of the top 7.
Ellie McMeeken, Jamy McClain, and Jennifer Villareal were the top three finishers for MMU and for the meet. Makayla Smith, Michelle Herrera-Carmona and Emma Eisch all finished in the top 10 on the day.
It was another successful day for the Blue Angel cross country program, as times continue to improve.
Up next for the team are NCAA regionals, Saturday, November 12th, at 11 am in Northfield, Minnesota.
