Kenosha, WI- Beginning their season at the Vic Godfrey open at the University of Wisconsin Parkside, the Mount Mary Cross Country team finished fifth place in the six team meet.
Maya Morales was the top finisher for MMU in 53rd place, followed closely by Cristina Hernandez in 57th. In 63rd place was Valarie Vincent just ahead of Jennifer Villarreal who completed the race in 65th place.
Also completing the event for MMU were Natalia Valdez, Savannah Clark and Nicole Gines.

The next meet for Mount Mary will be Saturday, September 14th, at Concordia University Wisconsin.
